A stunning G Plan Sierra range Teak Cabinet. Sierra is the range that took over from the fresco range and dates from the late 70s early 80s. This has two small cased glazed doors housing a glass display shelf, With further display shelving below the cupboard. The panel at the back is light sage green colour and contrasts very nicely to the dark grain teak veneer. This has lovely wooden frame glass doors with lock and key. This has been set on 10” Hairpin legs that has raised the unit up and given a more modern industrial look to it. This would look fabulous in a mid century dining or living room.
This cabinet has been been cleaned down and refinished in hard wax oil. This has given a deep shine and protection to the wood. This display unit is in very good condition. As with most Mid Century items of furniture, there will be signs of prior use, surface scratches, fading etc. But nothing to detract from how stunning this item looks. Please see photo’s for any obvious dents or knocks. Condition wise this unit is a 8 out of 10.
For Health & Safety reasons, it is recommended that all our Bookcases/Display unit’s are fixed to the wall with a set of Furniture Safety Straps as an anti-topple measure. Any screws must be attached to the tops of the units rather than through the back. Furniture straps can be purchased online.
