Stunning Meredew Mid Century Teak Sideboard. A very nice example of an extremely rare model sideboard from the English brand of Meredew. This is a very nicely built item and of very good quality with most of Meredew furniture. This has a very interesting design with a very minimal design on the top and elegant tall afromosia turned legs. The lighter oaky colour top has got a cupboard at each end with a central drop down drinks cabinet. There is a line of three minimal styled drawers underneath. The dark and the light wood contrast to each other and complemented by the stylish solid brass handles. This sideboard dates back to the late 50s and still looks very modern and stylish today.
The condition of the sideboard is very very nice. It has been cleaned down and refinished with a buffing wax. The units original finish was in stunning condition and has just been enhanced . This unit it 9 out of 10 and has some very minimal surface scratches and signs of wear for being over 60 years old. Stunning item with great build quality.
