Here is a very nice example of an original mid century room divder from the 70s made by Stonehill. This teak room divider has very minimal and practical design with a sleek staggered shelving to the top section including the sliding glass doors for additional display. There is then two cupboards and 3 small drawers. This room divider has a very strong retro mid century look and is set upon stylish wooden orignal legs. The back of the unit has nice grain so this would suit being used off the wall in a room as a room divider. This is made by Stonehill the renound UK manufacturer.
The unit has been cleaned, rubbed down and re finished with hardwax oil. This gives the unit a very subtle deep shine to the grain and enchaces the protection of the item. There are some nicks in the front veneer and a blemish to the side, but for the age and prior use of the unit, the vintage condition is a 7.5 out of 10. There is a small screw hole that has been filled and any significant marks will be shown in the photographs.
