Very nice vintage filing cabinet. This compact drawer unit is made from teak veneer with lovely rolled over teak handles. This item dates from the 1960s and is very well made. It’s likely to have been used as a beside cabinet or under a desk. The cabinet has lovely brass corner protectors and nice original drawer label holders. The unit has a smaller top drawer and a larger bottom filing drawer. There is a pull out stationary tray at the top with a small brass handle and set- in plastic divider tray.
The cabinet has been cleaned and rubbed back. Then refinished with a buffing wax to enhance the original finish. The cabinet does show previous wear and some marks and scratches to the top and sides. It has been used but still a very solid and charming item. Overall the condition is 7.5 out of 10. Any significant defects will be shown in the pictures
