Stylish Mid Century Walnut Dressing Table from the 1950s. There is no makers label but it is very similar to the build of Alfred Cox and Morris of Glasgow. Two drawers on each side along with two central circular pull out drawers. All drawers have cone shaped solid brass handles that compliment the walnut veneer very well. There is a solid glass shelf and a large mirror to the top. The dressing table also has super stylish splayed legs.
The dressing table is in lovely refinished condition and were originally very well looked after. It shows minimal polish marks and surface scratches and has been cleaned and rubbed back and refinished with shellac french polish.. There are minor surface marks but nothing major and the glass and the mirrors are very clean. The overall condition is an 8.5 out of 10. Any significant marks or defects are shown in the pictures.
